Terms of service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of pplats.com and Pipoly.app (together, the "Service"), provided by pplats ("we", "us"), operated under the codeverix umbrella. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person; we may suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

3. How Pipoly works

Pipoly connects brands and teams running campaigns, studies and polls with people who complete tasks, surveys and votes. We facilitate matching, verification, escrow and payout. We are not the employer of people who earn on Pipoly, nor an agency to brands running campaigns.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or AI-generated responses where human input is required.
• Operate multiple accounts or attempt to defraud the verification system.
• Use the Service to send spam, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or anything illegal.
• Interfere with the Service, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it.
• Run campaigns that violate applicable advertising, consumer-protection or data-protection laws.

5. Payments and payouts

• Brands set a budget — any amount above $0 — and pay for verified completions.
• Platform fees are shown before launch. Payout-rail fees are quoted at network rate.
• People earn into a wallet and can withdraw via supported local rails.
• Unspent campaign budget can be refunded at any time to the original payment method.
• Earnings withheld for fraud, policy violation or chargeback are non-recoverable.
• You are responsible for any tax owed on your earnings or expenses.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant pplats a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display and deliver that content as needed to run the Service and fulfil the campaign or study you participated in. Brands receive only the rights described in their brief.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Pipoly and pplats names, logos and software, is owned by us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or use the Service in a way that harms others. You may close your account at any time from inside the app or by emailing us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pplats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify pplats against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pplats is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
