Educational platforms like VerixEdu are designed to support—not replace—formal education. Results from using our Services may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding academic or financial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeverix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Services during the twelve months prior to the claim.
